Please Tell Me Your Story of Buying a Home. What Was the Situation, and What Type of Home Were You Looking for?

My husband and I lived in western Colorado for over 20 years. Our three boys were born and raised there. Last March, I was offered a new position here in Madison. While very exciting, it would be a huge move for us. We were very fortunate that one of the people I met during my interview put me in touch with Wanda who was amazing every step of the way. When I first met Wanda, I had not yet accepted the position, but she treated me as if I were already a valued client.

We were looking for a single-family home, preferably in West Madison or Middleton, no small task in the current Madison housing market. To make matters more interesting, the housing market we left in Colorado was much slower than the one here in Madison. Wanda asked a lot of questions and listened carefully. We visited a variety of homes in several different high school areas and each time Wanda (or Audra) asked us specific questions to help discern what we liked or didn’t like about each. It didn’t take them long to understand exactly what we were looking for. When our current home came on the market, Wanda and Audra guided us every micro step of the way through the bidding process and to a successful closing.

What Was It Like Working With Audra and Wanda? Any Examples of How They Helped You During the Process?

We cannot recommend Wanda and Audra highly enough! Moving across the country was a challenge, but Wanda made the process of finding our new home as smooth and as low-stress as possible. From our first meeting (during a visit to Madison before accepting the job offer), Wanda’s professionalism and expertise were evident.
