Hotspot of the Week: Forage Kitchen

You can find my husband and I at Forage Kitchen at Hilldale probably once a week. We are plant-based and the selection of toppings and base ingredients is enormous.

You can order a salad off the menu or build your own (which is what I typically do). For a build your own, you can choose 2 bases, for example, my go to is usually cauliflower rice and spinach. Then pick 3 bean or veggies options such as Roasted Broccoli, Black Beans and Chick Peas. And then some additional toppings, such as avocado, and pumpkin seeds. You can select from a wide variety of salad dressings and they mix it for you. Yum Yum!
